We are looking for a detail-oriented Radiographer with expertise in CT Scan and MRI imaging to support diagnostic quality assurance and report validation processes. This role involves reviewing diagnostic reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with clinical standards while working closely with radiologists to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will combine strong medical imaging knowledge with analytical skills and attention to detail to maintain excellence in diagnostic reporting.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Review CT and MRI diagnostic reports to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on medical imaging studies and radiology reports.
  • Identify discrepancies, omissions, or inconsistencies and coordinate with radiologists for clarification and resolution.
  • Validate diagnostic findings against imaging data and reporting standards.
  • Maintain organized documentation and records related to imaging reviews and quality checks.
  • Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives for reporting accuracy and workflow efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with radiologists and internal teams regarding report quality and imaging observations.
  • Utilize technical documentation tools and reporting systems to maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in monitoring and improving diagnostic reporting processes.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Degree in Radiography, B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Medical Imaging Technology or a related field.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of CT Scan and MRI imaging techniques and workflows.
  • Understanding of human anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
  • Ability to assess diagnostic reports critically for accuracy and clinical relevance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical documentation tools.
  • Strong analytical thinking with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Commitment to patient care, diagnostic excellence, and continuous learning in medical imaging.
