This role is with one of our portfolio company.

The SVP – Growth will own end-to-end growth charter - driving all customer acquisition channels, market penetration and growth planning. You will work closely with the founders and leadership team.

We’re at an inflection point where growth is no longer just “more leads” — it’s market-share driven, CAC-disciplined, multi-channel growth at scale, with sharp execution across metros and emerging cities.

We’re looking for an SVP Growth who can own the company-wide growth number end-to-end: set the plan, allocate budgets, build new channels, and drive city-level outcomes in tight partnership with Sales and Brand.

Responsibilities:

1) Company-wide growth and market share outcomes

  • Own growth targets across all channels (Digital, SEO, Referral, Partnerships, BTL, and others) and deliver against market share goals across priority states/cities.
  • Build a repeatable, measurable growth engine that scales responsibly.

2) Growth planning and budget leadership

  • Lead annual and quarterly growth planning, including targets, channel mix, experimentation roadmap, and execution cadence.
  • Own and optimize the lead gen budget across channels, balancing scale and efficiency.

3) New customer acquisition channels

  • Identify, test, and scale new acquisition channels (platform, partnerships, offline-to-online, affiliates, ecosystems, local networks, etc.).
  • Build “channel playbooks” that can replicate across cities.

4) Market entry and city expansion

  • Drive market-entry strategy: which cities, when, with what mix, and what resourcing model.
  • Build the go-to-market plan for new cities along with sales & operations leadership - ensuring fast ramp without losing unit economics.

5) CAC optimization while scaling volume

  • Own CAC and conversion efficiency across channels; continuously improve performance through targeting, creative, funnel, and operations.
  • Build strong measurement systems and decision frameworks for allocation.

6) Holistic city-level growth in partnership with Sales and Brand

  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to align on capacity, conversion levers, win/loss dynamics, and lead quality.
  • Partner with Brand to ensure demand creation and long-term brand equity improves conversion and lowers CAC.

7) Lead a strong team of channel heads

  • Manage and coach experienced channel heads (6–10 years) across core and emerging channels.
  • Drive clarity on metrics, accountability, hiring needs, and high-velocity execution.

  • CAC - City-level and channel-level ROI

Requirements

  • 17+ years of experience in Marketing and Sales with proven track record of owning large lead-gen budgets and scaling efficiently.
  • Experience building channels from scratch and scaling across geographies.
  • Strong analytical and strategic chops—comfortable with CAC, funnel metrics, and allocation models.
  • Hands-on leadership style: can go from board-level narrative to city-level execution.
  • Ability to influence cross-functionally across Sales, Brand, Product/Tech, and Ops.
