We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive to drive market growth, build strategic client relationships, and connect businesses with innovative solutions that deliver measurable value.

What You Will Do

  • Identify, target, and close high-value sales opportunities across diverse industries. 
  • Engage C-suite executives to understand strategic business challenges and position our tailored solutions.
  • Pitch innovative software and technology solutions from the company's product portfolio, including Board Governance solutions (Board Portal, Virtual and Hybrid AGM platforms), ESG and sustainability reporting solutions, and other digital transformation tools, tailored to address evolving business needs.
  • Support pre-sales activities by conducting product demonstrations, assisting in bid and proposal preparation, and advising on pricing strategies aligned with business plan targets.
  • Cultivate long-term strategic partnerships with corporate sustainability and finance teams.
  • Partner with our technical ESG delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and value realization.
  • Oversee post-sale success by managing follow-up customer training and coordinating product implementation to ensure smooth adoption and lasting client satisfaction.

Requirements

What You Bring

  • At least 2 years of successful B2B sales experience in SaaS, consulting, financial services, or a related field, with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Demonstrated ability to present to and close deals with C-level stakeholders, including CEOs, CFOs, and Chief Sustainability Officers.
  • Comfortable operating with high autonomy in a fast-moving market, with strong pipeline management and follow-through.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for driving measurable, positive environmental and social change.
  • Strong understanding of global sustainability frameworks like CSRD, GHG Protocol, TCFD, or ISSB. Experience in sustainability is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ESG regulatory requirements relevant to your assigned territory.

This role is based in Malaysia and reports directly to the Malaysia Country Manager.
