Responsibilities
Product Management
- Study, evaluate, and review products, systems, and solutions based on market demands and industry trends
- Contribute innovative ideas to support and enhance the product development process
- Manage packaging specifications and labeling requirements
- Follow up on certifications, standards compliance, and technical documentation
- Prepare and maintain Technical Data Sheets (TDS) and related documentation
- Develop brochures, flyers, presentations, and sales materials for external use
- Create compelling sales pitches and support commercial teams
- Collaborate with Marketing & Communication teams to tailor strategies per target audience
Pricing Strategy
- Define appropriate retail pricing for new product launches
- Establish discount structures aligned with business objectives
- Regularly review and optimize pricing across the existing product portfolio
Customer Experience & Market Insights (Place)
- Act as the “Voice of Customer” by identifying critical needs across customer segments
- Translate customer insights into actionable improvements for products and services
- Develop marketing tools (digital and point-of-sale) to enhance customer experience and sales effectiveness
Promotion & Brand Visibility
- Represent the company at trade shows, seminars, and conferences
- Promote systems and services to strengthen brand presence and market reach
Requirements
- Degree from a Technical University (Engineering, Materials Science, Construction, or related field)
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in product management, technical marketing, or a related role
- Strong understanding of construction materials, systems, or industrial products
- Experience in product management, technical marketing, or a related role is preferred
- Ability to translate technical information into clear commercial messaging
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
