Salary: $1,100–$1,500/month
Hours: Flexible — aligned with the client’s time zone (EST, CST, or PST)

About the Opportunity
At Pavago, we’re hiring on behalf of one of our clients for a Licensed Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Virtual Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for a US-licensed P&C insurance professional living outside the United States to support established US insurance agencies with licensed servicing, quoting, and sales support.
You’ll work directly with agency teams, policyholders, prospects, and insurance carriers while helping deliver exceptional customer service and policy support.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, present, and explain insurance quotes for personal and/or commercial lines
- Provide day-to-day policy servicing and client support
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with policyholders, prospects, and insurance carriers
- Support licensed sales activities as directed by the agency
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Coordinate with insurance carriers regarding policy servicing and related requests
Must-Have Qualifications
- Active US Property & Casualty (P&C) License (any US state accepted)
- Must hold an active Resident P&C License (non-resident licenses are acceptable only if accompanied by a resident license)
- Minimum 1 year of Property & Casualty insurance experience (carrier-side experience is also acceptable)
- Experience with personal lines, commercial lines, or both
- Comfortable communicating directly with policyholders, prospects, carriers, and agency staff
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Must be located outside the United States
- Reliable internet connection and personal computer suitable for remote work
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience working with both personal and commercial lines
- Familiarity with major US insurance carriers
- Experience with personal or commercial lines coding
- Experience using agency management systems such as Applied Epic, AMS360, HawkSoft, or similar platforms
- Previous experience supporting a US-based insurance agency remotely
Not a Fit If
- You only hold Life, Health, or Medical insurance licenses (an active P&C license is required)
- You are currently residing in the United States
