About the role
Muller's Solutions is seeking an experienced Digital Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical solutions within digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
- Document and analyze user journeys and business processes.
- Ensure business requirements align with Ministry-approved technical standards.
- Develop User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios in collaboration with quality teams.
- Manage and document change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Experience in digital transformation or government projects is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
