TMGM is seeking an experienced PPC Specialist to support lead generation, partner acquisition, and business growth across European markets. The successful candidate will manage multi-channel paid media campaigns and support the acquisition of Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, trading communities, and potential clients.

In addition to traditional paid media channels, experience with DSP and programmatic advertising platforms is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Management

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
  • Develop country-specific campaigns across European markets.
  • Execute lead generation campaigns to support client and partner acquisition.
  • Build retargeting and audience segmentation strategies.
  • Optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPA, and ROAS targets.

DSP & Programmatic Advertising

Experience with one or more of the following platforms is preferred:

  • The Trade Desk
  • StackAdapt
  • Adform
  • Teads
  • DV360

Responsibilities include:

  • Audience targeting and segmentation.
  • Programmatic display and native campaigns.
  • Publisher and inventory selection.
  • Retargeting and prospecting campaigns.
  • Performance analysis and optimization.

Partner Acquisition Support

  • Generate qualified leads and partner opportunities.
  • Support acquisition of IBs, affiliates, and trading communities.
  • Work closely with Business Development teams.
  • Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels.
  • Assist in campaign execution across multiple European countries.

Reporting & Optimization

  • Weekly performance reporting.
  • A/B testing.
  • Budget allocation and scaling recommendations.
  • Campaign analysis and optimization.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in PPC and Performance Marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads is preferred.
  • Experience with DSP and programmatic advertising platforms is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and optimization skills.
  • Experience in Forex, CFDs, Fintech, or Financial Services is preferred.
  • Previous experience supporting IB and partner acquisition is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with GA4, GTM, and attribution models.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
