Job Description
The Enterprise Architect will support the government in conducting enterprise system architecture activities to fully define and scope the Client System. Help maintain and improve system architecture artifacts, ensuring that the evolving system architecture aligns with strategic objectives and integrates effectively across the enterprise. Develop and document the enterprise architecture framework, create architecture models and views to communicate complex system relationships, and evaluate technology options for alignment with architectural standards. Assess the impact of proposed changes on the enterprise architecture, identify opportunities for reuse and standardization across the enterprise, and facilitate architecture review boards to ensure governance of the architecture. Collaborate with security architects to ensure compliance with security requirements, maintain architecture repositories and documentation, and provide architectural guidance to development teams.
Experience Requirement:
- 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture or systems engineering
- Expert knowledge with enterprise-level system architecture for complex programs
Education Requirement:
To qualify for this position, candidates must meet at least one of the following educational or professional requirements:
Advanced Academic Degrees
- Candidates must possess a Master’s degree or Ph.D. in one of the following fields: Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Software Engineering.
Relevant Training
- Alternatively, completion of specialized training programs such as Enterprise Architect (Advanced) Playlist
Professional Certifications
- Candidates may also meet the education requirement by holding one of the following professional certifications: CISSO, CISSP-ISSAP, CISSP-ISSEP, GCIA, GCLD, GCSA, GICSP
Nice to have:
- TOGAF Enterprise Architecture or Open Certified Architect
Security Clearance:
- Active Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, or TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required, depending on position

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
