Purpose of the role:

As a member of the TP team, you will be working on inbound and outbound leads to acquire new advertisers for Local Services Ads by Google.

You will become a digital consultant, advising them on their digital advertising strategy, with the opportunity of having a significant impact on their business. It is a target driven environment, where you will work towards individual sales targets as well as being part of a larger sales team responsible for increasing the Client customer base across EMEA.

Your responsibilities:

  • Achieve a minimum number of interactions (phone call and/or emails) per day
  • Strategically qualify leads and manage a complex sales pipeline across diverse markets.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments and tailor advertising solutions to business goals.
  • Set clear expectations and guide businesses through advanced onboarding processes.
  • Master regional onboarding protocols and provide authoritative guidance.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to ensure complete and accurate verification.
  • Resolve complex issues and escalate feedback through structured channels.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving sales environment.

Requirements

    • C2 level of Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
    • More than 2 years of experience in similar fields: sales, recruiting, customer-facing role
    • Proven success in call center or high-volume sales environments.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational mastery.
    • Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure and tight deadlines.
    • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.
    • Strong autonomy and decision-making capabilities.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business.
    • Experience in collaborative team settings.
    • Familiarity with home services industries (e.g., plumbing, electrical).
