Physical Therapist Assistant | Full-Time

A private outpatient practice is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant. This role is built around practical patient support, including guiding therapy exercises, monitoring progress, and helping each person feel more confident with their movement and daily function. Spanish speaking is required.

Location: Hollywood, FL
Schedule: M, W, F 8:00 AM-6:00 PM | T, Th 9:00 AM-2:00 PM
Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour
Salary: $65K-$75K/year DOE plus full benefits

Responsibilities:

• Support the Physical Therapist with treatment delivery
• Assist patients with exercises and rehab activities
• Observe and report patient progress
• Complete daily treatment documentation
• Help Spanish-speaking patients follow care plans

Requirements

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
• Active Florida PTA license
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Spanish speaking required
