What You'll Do

• Process sales orders, send acknowledgements, manage stock bookings
• Deliver brilliant customer service & build strong relationships
• Log and close customer complaints/non‑conformances
• Support field sales with CRM admin, meeting prep & follow-up
• Provide admin support across HR, IT coordination & finance tasks

Requirements

• Confident on the phone and great with customers
• Highly organised, positive, and solutions‑focused
• Strong with Word, Excel, Outlook
• Works closely with the sales team to remove friction and boost productivity

Must-Haves

• 2+ years customer service experience
• B2B experience
• A‑Level calibre (or equivalent)

Nice-to-Haves

• Sales support experience
• Logistics/despatch knowledge
• ERP sales order processing experience

Benefits

• £30,000 - £33,000 Basic
• KPI Related bonus with a realistic OTE of £36,000
• 40 hour working week 8am - 4:30pm
