About the role
What we need you to contribute to Ensono:
Design, build, and support ServiceNow‑centric integrations using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and Flow Designer
Develop and operate AWS‑based serverless components (Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, DynamoDB) that support ServiceNow workflows
Troubleshoot and resolve production integration issues across ServiceNow and AWS, including API failures, data issues, and asynchronous processing problems
Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams to coordinate integration changes, incidents, and technical requirements
Actively participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement of the team’s integration platform
Create and maintain technical documentation, including integration workflows, data mappings, and operational runbooks
Skills & Behaviors that are reliable indications that you can contribute:
Hands‑on experience building ServiceNow integrations using:
REST APIs (inbound and outbound)
IntegrationHub and Flow Designer
Scripted logic and custom actions
Strong understanding of web services and integration patterns, including REST‑based authentication and error handling
Practical experience with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch
Proficiency with Node.js for serverless and integration development
Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting integration issues in production environments
Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Experience documenting integration designs and support procedures for operational use
