Product Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to the strategy, development, and optimization of key digital products.


Job Description 

  • Manage relationships with external partners and vendors for digital platforms and customer-facing systems
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand business needs and enhance service delivery
  • Gather and analyze requirements and participate in vendor selection processes (RFPs)
  • Monitor and manage budgets related to projects and services under responsibility
  • Prepare presentations and participate in stakeholder meetings
  • Coordinate research initiatives and analyze data to better understand user needs and behaviors
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Contribute to the definition of product strategy and the development of the product roadmap
  • Prioritize features and requirements based on business goals and performance metrics
  • Work cross-functionally with technical and design teams to deliver product improvements and new features
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and manage product backlogs
  • Track project progress and ensure timely and on-budget delivery
  • Have a good understanding of SDLC (Software development life cycle) and be able to work with teams / vendors to deliver against the requirements, in time and on budget
  • Define and monitor KPIs and product performance metrics
  • Collaborate with data teams to evaluate performance and drive continuous improvement
  • Participate in Agile processes when required
  • Support testing activities and ensure smooth product releases
  • Monitor user feedback and provide post-launch support

Requirements

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a similar role within a B2C environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
  • Solid understanding of digital products, services, and market dynamics
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Experience with product management, collaboration, and user flow/prototyping tools (e.g., Trello, Miro, Figma, Hotjar)
  • Familiarity with data analytics and insights tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Amplitude)
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum); certifications are a plus
  • Strong analytical thinking and sound business judgment
  • Good technical understanding of digital product development processes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work both independently and within cross-functional teams
  • Leadership mindset with the ability to influence and align stakeholders
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for product outcomes
  • Strategic and creative thinking with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Fluency in English and Greek
  • High ethical standards, fitting with the Values of Antenna Group
