Job's mission

You will shape how ASM plans and responds to supply chain complexity by designing and optimizing our Kinaxis RapidResponse platform. In this role, you translate supply chain and demand planning logic into scalable, high-performance models that enable faster and more informed decisions. Working closely with IT, manufacturing, engineering, and global planning teams, you help drive efficiency and reliability across a highly sophisticated semiconductor supply chain.

What you will be working on

Kinaxis modeling and configuration
  • Design and maintain data models including items, locations, BOMs, resources, and calendars
  • Build and optimize measures, expressions, and planning logic
  • Configure exception handling, scenarios, and time-phased planning views
  • Ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of the models
Integration and data management
  • Support integrations between Kinaxis and systems such as SAP S4HANA
  • Define data mappings, transformations, and load strategies (full and delta)
  • Monitor and improve data quality through validation and reconciliation
  • Manage data refresh cycles and latency to support planning accuracy
Demand and supply planning configuration
  • Configure demand models, including forecast and actual demand logic
  • Build forecast measures, versioning, and scenario simulations
  • Implement supply planning logic for inventory, supply response, and constraints
  • Configure exception logic for demand and supply risks (e.g., shortages, capacity issues)
  • Support what-if simulations to assess impact across demand, supply, and capacity
Workspace and visualization
  • Design dashboards and workspaces for planners and business stakeholders
  • Build intuitive, exception-driven views to support decision-making
  • Ensure workspaces are easy to use, performant, and transparent
Testing and support
  • Support unit testing, SIT, and UAT activities
  • Troubleshoot data, planning logic, and performance issues
  • Support go-live, hypercare, and continuous improvements

What we are looking for

  • Hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse configuration and data modeling
  • Strong understanding of supply planning, capacity planning, and inventory management
  • Ability to translate business planning requirements into technical solutions
  • Experience working with system integrations and data flows
  • Familiarity with SAP data structures (PP, MM, APO, or IBP)
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
  • Clear communicator who can explain complex technical concepts to business users

What sets you apart

  • Experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments
  • Kinaxis RapidResponse certification
  • Background in SAP APO, IBP, or PP
  • Experience supporting global or multi-site planning models
  • Exposure to planning tools such as O9 or Blue Yonder
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
