About LatamCent LatamCent is a nearshore hiring partner that places pre-vetted Latin American talent with US B2B SaaS companies. We handle sourcing, vetting, payroll, and compliance so our clients can hire fast and hire right. The team is fully remote, spans nearly every country in Latin America, and moves at operator speed.

The Role LatamCent is growing its content output and needs a part-time video editor to own the post-production side of that. You'll work directly with the founder on a mix of client testimonials, self-shot content, and conference footage -- turning raw clips into polished, publish-ready assets. If you can also own distribution and posting, that's a strong plus.

What You'll Own

• Edit client video testimonials from raw footage into clean, branded final cuts ready for the site and social

• Turn self-shot and conference footage into short-form social clips with captions, lower thirds, and brand elements applied

• Maintain a consistent visual and audio quality standard across all LatamCent video content

• Manage the video asset library so footage is organized and easy to pull from

• Post finished content across LatamCent social channels and track basic performance (if applicable)

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years editing video content professionally, with a portfolio showing short-form and testimonial work

• Strong command of at least one professional editing tool (CapCut Pro, Premiere, DaVinci, or similar)

• Ability to take unstructured raw footage and make editorial decisions independently

• Reliable async communicator who can manage their own output without hand-holding

• B2-level English or better for captions, on-screen text, and context accuracy

Nice to Have

• Experience managing or posting to LinkedIn, Instagram, or X on behalf of a brand

• Basic motion graphics or caption animation skills

• Familiarity with Riverside or similar recording platforms

Tools and Stack CapCut Pro preferred. Source footage via Riverside. Asset delivery via Google Drive or Notion.
