Role Summary and Impact 

  • You will be responsible for leading the strategic direction of media for Colgate-Palmolive Mexico, ensuring that all investment decisions align with business growth objectives, brand priorities, and consumer trends.
  • You will translate the regional strategy into an integrated local vision, driving innovation, transforming capabilities, and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making to maximize the impact of media investments.
  • You will lead the development of strategic thinking within the team, establishing methodologies, frameworks, and best practices that consistently elevate the quality of recommendations delivered to the client.
  • You will be responsible for anticipating trends in consumer behavior, the market, and the media ecosystem to identify growth opportunities before the competition does.

 

Skills and Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, or a related field
  • Advanced English

Experience and knowledge

  • Ability to link media decisions to metrics for business growth, profitability, market share, and brand development.
  • Experience in understanding the market, strategic media, and the competitive landscape to design effective media solutions.
  • Marketing Effectiveness, Full Funnel Planning, Audience Strategy, Consumer Journey, Advanced Analytics, First-Party Data, AI Applied to Marketing, Commerce Media, MMM, Incrementality, Brand Lift, Attribution.
  • Proficiency in managing client and media relationships to ensure client satisfaction and the success of media campaigns.
  • Conduct and develop detailed studies and analyses using proprietary and syndicated tools to identify opportunities aligned with CP’s KPIs. Leverage comprehensive research methodologies to provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations, ensuring that strategies are well-founded and effective in achieving business objectives.
