Account specific roles and responsibilities

• Accurately encode and process invoices received from vendors and internal departments.
• Post invoices into the financial system in a timely manner for approval and subsequent payment.
• Identify and flag invoices requiring rejection and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies during invoice processing.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies or missing information on invoices.
• Maintain organized records of all invoices processed for audit and tracking purposes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.

• At least 6 months of experience in accounts payable.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
• Amenable working night shift
