We’re looking for a Product Writer with 5+ years of experience who can create clear, structured, and effective product content in a fast-scaling environment. In this role, you’ll help shape how users experience Zeely across Help Center materials, product flows, lifecycle touchpoints, and website surfaces — making the product clearer, easier to understand, and more effective at every step.

What you’ll need to join us:
5+ years of experience in product writing, content writing, UX writing, copywriting, technical writing, or content design for digital products;
Proven experience creating clear, structured, user-facing content for digital products, including Help Center articles, product guides, website copy, onboarding materials, or interface copy;
Strong product thinking and the ability to explain complex product features, flows, and use cases in a simple, helpful, and user-friendly way;
Experience creating product and website copy, with an understanding of how writing supports user experience, clarity, conversion, and retention;
Ability to adapt tone, structure, and messaging across different content formats: Help Center content, product flows, lifecycle touchpoints, CRM communications, and website surfaces;
Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities, frequent product updates, and multiple stakeholders;
Familiarity with fast-changing digital products, ideally in SaaS, AI, MarTech, SMB tools, or other high-growth environments;
Practical experience using AI tools in day-to-day writing workflows, including prompt writing, content iteration, editing, and improving speed and quality;
An English-language portfolio is highly preferred, especially one that showcases Help Center materials, website copy, product content, onboarding flows, lifecycle content, or other user-facing work;
Fluent English, Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
What you’ll be doing:
Create clear, structured product content across Zeely’s key user touchpoints, including Help Center materials, product flows, website surfaces, and lifecycle communications;
Write and improve Help Center articles, product guides, onboarding materials, interface copy, and other user-facing content across the platform;
Help shape content around AI-powered features and user-generated outputs, making it easier for users to understand, create, and launch content with Zeely;
Contribute to lifecycle and CRM communications, including emails and other retention-focused content;
Collaborate on website, landing page, and promotional copy that supports clarity, conversion, engagement, and growth;
Continuously improve existing content based on product updates, user behavior, support needs, and performance insights;
Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Product, Design, Marketing, CRM, Support, and Frontend, to ensure consistency and impact across all content surfaces.
