Job Description
EarthCam is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to own and execute initiatives focused on customer acquisition, SEO strategy, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), website growth, analytics, AI-enhanced marketing workflows, and lead generation.
This role will be responsible for developing and optimizing marketing initiatives that drive measurable business impact across EarthCam’s B2B and B2C platforms. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with experience identifying growth opportunities, analyzing performance data, optimizing digital experiences, and leveraging modern marketing technologies and AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and performance.
This individual will work closely with Sales, Product, Creative, and leadership teams to support company growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Own SEO strategy and ongoing optimization initiatives across EarthCam websites
- Develop and execute customer acquisition and lead generation initiatives
- Support GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) initiatives to improve discoverability across emerging AI-powered search experiences and platforms
- Monitor website performance and identify growth opportunities
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations
- Manage and optimize SEM and digital marketing initiatives
- Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and monitor key performance indicators
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion funnels and customer acquisition efforts
- Partner with Sales and Product teams to support growth initiatives
- Coordinate with Creative and internal teams to execute campaigns and website initiatives
- Research industry trends, competitor activity, AI search trends, and emerging growth opportunities
- Utilize AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms to improve efficiency, content workflows, campaign optimization, and reporting processes
- Explore opportunities to integrate AI tools into marketing initiatives and operational workflows

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
- 4+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, SEO, Performance Marketing, or related roles
- Experience with SEO, website optimization, analytics, and lead generation initiatives
- Experience with SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms
- Experience optimizing digital campaigns and conversion funnels
- Familiarity with GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), AI search trends, and evolving search behaviors is a plus
- Experience using AI-powered marketing tools, automation tools, or productivity platforms preferred
- Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Claude, AI-assisted content tools, or workflow automation platforms is a plus
- Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools preferred
- Experience supporting B2B marketing initiatives is highly preferred
