Role Overview:

As the Talent Acquisition Team Lead, you will spearhead the recruitment team, overseeing full-cycle talent acquisition strategies to attract, select, and onboard top-tier talent. This leadership role requires a strategic mindset to align hiring initiatives with business objectives, mentor and guide recruiters, and continuously improve recruitment processes. You will act as a key partner to business leaders and hiring managers, championing the candidate experience while ensuring the team delivers on hiring goals effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the talent acquisition team to achieve recruitment targets and foster professional growth.
  • Design and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals and projected workforce needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand hiring requirements and provide strategic recruitment insights.
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
  • Establish and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and market mapping.
  • Leverage recruitment data and analytics to measure team performance, optimize hiring workflows, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and timely feedback throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, recruitment best practices, and emerging sourcing tools to maintain competitive advantage.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership or team lead role.
  • Proven success in managing and developing a high-performing recruitment team.
  • Extensive knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and talent market dynamics within the iGaming or tech sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data and metrics to drive recruitment outcomes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruitment technologies, and sourcing platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
