About the role
Optimal, on behalf of a newly established boutique hotel in Amorgos is seeking a Night Auditor for the 2026 season.
Scope of role
With a limited number of suites and a highly personalized guest experience, the successful candidate will oversee the smooth overnight operation of the property, ensuring accurate daily closing procedures while delivering professional and attentive guest service whenever required.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the Front Office operation during the night shift.
- Perform daily closing procedures and night audit tasks.
- Ensure accurate financial reconciliation and reporting.
- Prepare the Front Office for a seamless handover to the morning shift.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Night Auditor.
- Good understanding of Front Office procedures and basic daily financial reconciliation.
- Familiarity with Property Management Systems, preferably Hotelizer.
- Good command of the English language.
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
