Liquid Personnel is recruiting for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a Transformation Team based in Nottingham. This is a great opportunity to support service redesign and deliver high‑quality, strengths‑based assessments across adult social care.

What will your responsibilities be? 

  • Undertake functional assessments to promote independence and wellbeing
  • Support transformation and improvement initiatives within adult services
  • Complete Care Act–compliant assessments and reviews
  • Recommend equipment, adaptations, and reablement solutions
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and partner agencies
  • Contribute to efficient discharge planning and prevention of unnecessary care packages

Essential Requirements: 

  • Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy
  • HCPC registration
  • Experience working within Adult Social Care
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Access to a vehicle
  • Willingness to travel both inside and outside the council area as required
