Pay Range: $90,000–$100,000 annually, based on experience

This is a full-time Physical Therapist opportunity in a modern outpatient orthopedic setting. The role is centered on helping patients move better, recover from injury or surgery, manage musculoskeletal concerns, and regain confidence in everyday movement.

You will work with a clinical team that includes 2 Physical Therapists and 2 Physical Therapist Assistants, with documentation completed through WebPT. The clinic sees patients from 11 to 90 years old, offering a varied and steady caseload.

Work Schedule

The clinic offers flexibility and would strongly prefer one of these schedules:

Option 1: Four 10-Hour Days, Preferred

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
• Tuesday off each week

Option 2: Monday–Friday Schedule

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Patient and Clinic Overview

• 7–15 patients per day
• Approximately 160–190 patient visits per week
• Orthopedic and musculoskeletal caseload
• Patient age range of 11 to 90 years old
• WebPT EMR system
• Team includes PTs and PTAs

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and determine treatment needs
• Build treatment plans based on diagnosis, goals, function, and progress
• Treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions through skilled physical therapy care
• Provide therapeutic exercise, functional training, manual therapy, mobility work, and strengthening programs
• Support patients recovering from injury, surgery, pain, weakness, or movement limitations
• Educate patients on home programs and safe activity progression
• Reassess outcomes and modify treatment plans when needed
• Complete patient documentation in WebPT
• Work with PTAs to support consistent care delivery

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
• Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication, patient education, and documentation skills
• Ability to work with patients across a wide age range
