About the role
- Provide clerical and administrative support to sales team
- Handle enquiries through email/phone in a professional and responsive manner
- Introduce company's products to potential customers by phone
- Review and check with loan application documents complying with the company policies
- Prepare contracting documents and corresponding paper work
- Monitor loan amount transaction and follow-up with relevant parties when necessary
- Prepare various reports and letters as per required
- Handle any ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above in any discipline, HKQF Level 4 or equivalent;
- Minimum 1 year sales support and administrative working experience is highly preferred;
- Knowledge of sales or credit approval operations is an advantage, but not mandatory;
- Good organization and multi-tasking skills, able to work under time constraints and meet deadlines;
- Proactive, detail-minded and responsible, with good team spirit;
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with fast typing speed in both Chinese and English;
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Fresh graduates are welcome; immediate availability is highly preferred.
