Inside Service Sales Representative (Spanish, French and English Speaking)

 

Are you ready to accelerate your sales career in a fast-paced, global tech environment?

We are seeking a bright, articulate, and self-motivated Inside Service Sales Representative in France or Spain to drive service revenue and build lasting client relationships. In this role you will maximize the value of our existing customer base by securing high-rate service renewals and strategically upselling our advanced services. If you possess a strong work ethic, a proactive mindset, and a passion for high-impact B2B sales, we want to hear from you.

What You Will Do:

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Own the service revenue for your assigned territory by managing renewal quotes and upselling service contracts.
  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Team up with Partners to cross-sell and up-sell services into our existing customer base, building an incremental pipeline.
  • Deliver Tailored Services Solutions: Create proactive and reactive quotes, facilitate special pricing requests, and manage service sales promotions.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Spot product upsell opportunities to hand off to account teams, and collaborate internally to safeguard data integrity.
  • Master the Pipeline: Provide accurate weekly forecasting, maintain flawless Salesforce hygiene, and report on pipeline health.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: 5+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS/Service Sales or Business Development.
  • Languages: Full fluency in English, Spanish, and French is essential to manage this multicultural territory.
  • C-Level Communication: Exceptional communication skills with the confidence to pitch and negotiate up to C-suite executives.
  • Tech-Savvy Skillset: Advanced knowledge of Salesforce (including report creation/modification) and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Mobility: Readiness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Great-to-Haves (Big Plus):

  • Background knowledge in Networking and IT.
  • Familiarity with the Enterprise and Public Sector markets in France and Spain.
