Warranty HVAC Service Technician

$25–$30/hour | Monday–Friday | Occasional Saturdays as Needed

The Opportunity

Cool Willy’s is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled Warranty HVAC Technician who takes pride in diagnosing issues the right way the first time and delivering top-tier customer service.

This is not an entry-level role—we need a true problem solver with strong technical ability, attention to detail, and the professionalism to represent our brand in customers’ homes.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems under warranty
• Perform detailed system evaluations and identify root causes (not just symptoms)
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, explaining issues and solutions with confidence
• Complete warranty work accurately and efficiently while maintaining manufacturer standards
• Document work performed and parts used in ServiceTitan (preferred)
• Deliver a 5-star customer experience on every call

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of HVAC service experience (residential required)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills (electrical, airflow, system performance)
• Experience handling warranty-related service calls preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus

Compensation & Schedule

• $25–$30/hour (based on experience)
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Occasional Saturdays based on business needs
• Year-round, steady work
