You will lead our Paid Centers of Excellence from Amsterdam. In this role you guide our global paid marketing channels including search, social, display, and partnerships. You look after our global marketing investment budget across all markets. Your work directly shapes our growth and helps us connect with millions of customers across all markets. You report straight to the CMCO and lead a talented international team of about 20 people. The team delivers commercial excellence by combining human creativity with smart technology. You work closely with senior leaders and shareholders to build our marketing ecosystem. By using data and machine learning you help us make smart choices every day. This position is vital for our financial success and helps us safeguard the memories our customers trust us with.
