About Us
Kizen is a leading AI platform for the future of work, redefining how people and AI seamlessly move and improve as one. Founded on the principle that technology should make work more meaningful, Kizen creates AI systems (AKA assistants) that learn, adapt, and improve over time, just like the people who use them.
Today, Kizen powers millions of mission-critical experiences for leading organizations in highly regulated industries like insurance, healthcare, and financial services. Some of the ways we support these teams include: helping insurance agents manage contracting and commissions, enabling healthcare providers to deliver proactive patient care, and empowering financial institutions to classify documents and extract data automatically. We’re solving operational problems and helping the world’s most complex organizations give their teams the tools they need to do more, grow faster and live better.
And this is just the beginning! Kizen is where enterprises get AI that works on day one and is flexible enough to shape it to their own organizations. Our AI-first platform is easy to adopt, scale, and trust making it a destination for developers to build new applications and business teams to customize AI assistants, all in one place.
Join us in transforming how industries work, one person, one workflow, one AI assistant at a time!

You’ll be surrounded by high-performing, mission-driven teammates and work closely with our implementation, product, and data teams. The work you do won’t just be noticed — it’ll be celebrated.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Transforming client needs into powerful solutions using our low-code platform
- Guiding clients through the entire deployment journey — from kickoff to go-live
- Working with APIs, automation tools (like Zapier/Workato), and data pipelines to build seamless integrations between platforms
- Cleaning and transforming data to ensure every field lands in the right place, at the right time
- Delivering hands-on training to help clients unlock the full potential of Kizen
- Continuously identifying areas to improve processes using real-time data insights
- Tracking tasks, reporting progress, and proactively clearing blockers to keep things moving fast
- Becoming a trusted advisor to clients by translating technical complexities into simple, clear guidance
Minimum Requirements - What You Bring to the Table
- 7+ years of SaaS implementation experience — bonus points for working directly with clients
- A deep love for tech, data, and using both to drive better outcomes
- Hands-on experience with data transformation (Excel, Python, ETL/API work)
- Experience configuring customizable, low-code platforms
- Excellent communicator — you’re equally confident speaking to a developer or a CEO
- A knack for teaching others — whether it’s running a training or creating killer documentation
- Proactive mindset: you don’t wait for problems to come to you — you go find them (and fix them)
- Obsessive attention to detail — you take pride in precision
- A growth mindset: you're hungry to learn, adapt, and level up every single day
- Excitement about working from the Austin office 4 days a week
Ideal Requirements
- 7+ years of SaaS implementation experience
- Experience in insurance or healthcare verticals
- Fluent in SQL, Excel wizardry, or Python scripting
- Experience with automation tools like Workato
- Prior work with BPM or CRM platforms
- Background in project management or consulting
- A desire to lead, grow quickly, and leave a legacy
We’re looking for a person who:
- Thrives in fast-paced environments and doesn’t shy away from a challenge
- Loves using data to question the norm and drive smarter decisions
- Has an entrepreneurial spirit and wants to help build something game-changing
- Genuinely enjoys helping others succeed — and has the tech chops to back it up
- Is excited about AI, automation, and being on the frontlines of tech innovation
