Overview of Role
66degrees is an AI transformation partner that guides enterprises from complex business challenges to quantifiable outcomes. We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to build scalable, high-performance web applications. You will own the full lifecycle—from backend API design to responsive UI/UX implementation—ensuring optimal performance and seamless integration.
Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain end-to-end applications using modern frameworks and best practices.
- Develop robust, secure RESTful APIs using Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask).
- Build responsive, pixel-perfect user interfaces with React and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with designers to transform Figma prototypes into functional, accessible components.
- Ensure application scalability, security, and observability across cloud environments (Azure/GCP).
- Lead CI/CD implementations and mentor junior developers to uphold high coding standards.
Technical Stack
- Backend: Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask), SQL (Postgres, MySQL), ORM (SQLAlchemy).
- Frontend: React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, SCSS, state management (Redux/Zustand).
- UI/UX: Figma, component-driven development, WCAG accessibility standards.
- Cloud & DevOps: Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions.
- Tools & Practices: Agile/Scrum, Git, PyTest, Jest, Cypress.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- Proficiency in Python-based backend frameworks and React/TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design, asynchronous handling, and state management.
- Proven experience with cloud deployments, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong grasp of UI/UX principles, cross-browser compatibility, and responsive design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Nice to Have
- Experience with performance profiling and system optimization.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and internationalization.
- Exposure to Node.js for server-side scripting.
- Strong commitment to automated testing and quality engineering.
