SUMMARY

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to help us spread the power of Wiz by identifying and attracting top talent. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who’s truly passionate about recruiting.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manage the full hiring life cycle.
  • Identify and implement efficient, effective recruiting strategies that align with Wiz’s best practices and the organization’s needs.
  • Own the sourcing strategy and proactively identify, engage, and attract top candidates through traditional and creative channels.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their business objectives and hiring needs.
  • Create a personalized, high-quality candidate experience that reflects our culture and values.
  • Apply data-driven insights to advise hiring teams and continuously improve hiring processes and outcomes.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • At least 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within a high-tech/startup company.
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for technical roles.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with hiring managers to drive successful hiring outcomes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong negotiation tactics.
  • A collaborative and inclusive mindset, with a proven ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Full professional fluency (written and verbal) in both English and Hebrew.
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
