Domes Noruz Chania

We are currently hiring a Spa Therapist for our 5* resort Domes Noruz Chania, Autograph Collection Hotels, an ultimate luxury experience, located in Chania, Crete, for the 2026 season.

Some of the responsibilities:

• Providing a variety of spa services in a manner that creates safety and comfort.
• Maintenance of equipment and testing of inventory products.
• Maintaining documentation and customer files.
• Keeping the space clean and well-stocked.
• Recognizing and responding to customer inquiries, needs, and expectations.
• Adherence to hygiene standards and health and safety regulations.
• Implementing best practices and staying informed on market trends.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar position in 5-star hotels.
• Excellent knowledge of English. Excellent knowledge of an additional language will be considered an additional qualification.
• Necessary knowledge of nail care.
• Knowledge of a wide range of treatments and physiotherapy.
• Ability to promote and sell services and products.
• Experience with Elemis products will be considered a special qualification.
• Ability to adapt to the operational standards and way of working of the hotel.
• Professional behavior, teamwork, and a cooperative spirit.
