We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Officer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to foster a positive and inclusive company culture, promoting our core values and ensuring a supportive work environment for all employees.
  • Design and execute employee engagement programs and initiatives aimed at boosting morale, productivity, and overall job satisfaction.
  • Oversee and enhance performance management systems, including goal setting, regular feedback, performance reviews, and development planning to drive individual and team growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase employee retention rates and strengthen our employer brand, making us an employer of choice in the market.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practices.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, inform decision-making, and report on key HR performance indicators.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a comprehensive HR role, with a strong focus on recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing HR strategies that have positively impacted employee retention and employer branding.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to HR management.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
