The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking, possess excellent communication skills, and have experience working in a fast-paced service environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
• Minimum 1 year of experience in dispatching or customer service roles
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure
• Experience with dispatching software or systems preferred
• Customer-focused approach and problem-solving skills
