At Okta, partners are central to our success. The Global Partner Program team equips partners with the tools, resources, and operational support needed to build successful and profitable Okta practices.

Okta is seeking a Global Partner Program Operations Specialist to support partner program onboarding, partner portal access, and day-to-day partner program operations. This role helps ensure a seamless partner experience by managing operational processes, responding to partner inquiries, and maintaining partner data across systems.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while supporting both partners and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Onboarding & Program Operations

  • Manage the end-to-end partner onboarding process.

  • Create and maintain partner accounts in Salesforce, ensuring partner data is accurate and complete.

  • Coordinate partner due diligence with Finance and Partner Sales teams.

  • Manage partner agreements and coordinate agreement processing with internal teams.

  • Support distribution partners with onboarding their resellers in accordance with program requirements.

  • Respond to partner and internal inquiries regarding program structure, benefits, and resources via email and Slack.

Partner Portal & Systems Support

  • Provide support for partner portal and downstream system access, including troubleshooting and contact/profile updates.

  • Assist partners with navigating portal tools, resources, and partner program documentation.

  • Support training and certification access issues within partner learning systems.

  • Promote awareness and adoption of the partner portal internally and across the partner ecosystem.

Partner Support & Operations

  • Manage inbound support requests related to:

    • Partner onboarding status

    • Partnership status and eligibility

    • Partner agreement processing

    • Program benefits and resources

    • Compliance requirements

    • Portal or system access issues

  • Support Deal Registration operations, including troubleshooting submission issues and assisting partners with deal registration inquiries.

  • Create Letters of Authorization (LOAs) upon request.

  • Maintain partner data integrity across internal systems including Salesforce, Conga, DocuSign, partner portals, and partner locator tools.

  • Assist as needed with deal registration tracking and compliance reporting.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 3–6 years of partner operations, channel operations, or partner program experience, preferably within SaaS or technology.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Excellent communication skills with both internal stakeholders and external partners.

  • High level of integrity, sound judgment, and professionalism.

  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with:

  • Salesforce (SFDC)

  • Partner Relationship Management platforms (e.g., Impartner)

  • Google Workspace

  • Conga/Apptus

  • DocuSign

  • Microsoft Excel

  • Tableau or similar reporting tools
