Liquid Personnel is hiring a Social Worker for the Mental Health Team in Enfield.

About Job:

You'll collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals and agencies to provide the best possible care and support.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized care plans.
• Providing therapeutic interventions and ongoing support.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
• Offering crisis intervention and support as needed.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential records.

Qualifications and Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.
