About the role

PwC Greece

On behalf of our client, a well-established company in the manufacturing industry, we are looking for an Administrative Support.

Main Responsibilities

  • Handling official correspondence and documentation with internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Implementing travel arrangements to support teams across different departments
  • Coordinating vehicle availability and transportation support for team activities
  • Assisting with SAP-related tasks, including material tracking, logistics coordination, and data updates
  • Support of day-to-day operational and administrative activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, preferred
  • At least 2-3 years of experience working in an administrative support or similar position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to compose and edit correspondence accurately and efficiently
  • Demonstrated ability to work with discretion, judgment, and sensitivity when handling confidential information
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Knowledge of SAP will be considered an asset
