Your Role:
- Produce the scope, content, and agenda/branding for awards & conferences, meeting the needs of our target markets.
- Conduct focused research and take ownership of the end-to-end process for successful awards & conferences.
- Ensure smooth project flow and flawless execution of the planning process.

Responsibilities
Awards & Conference Product Development
- Identify the target audience and the most marketable angle for each idea.
- Research content and hot topics that translate into compelling events.
- Identify competition and establish a strong competitive advantage.
- Identify target markets for sponsorship and develop unique selling points (USPs).
- Gain a high-level understanding of the market.
- Identify and develop relationships with associations, partners, stakeholders, judging committees, and national/international speakers.
- Produce a detailed marketing brief and collaborate with marketers for promotion.

Business Development & Strategic Awareness
- Stay up to date with developments in the awards & conferences industry.
- Develop contacts and proactively seek new opportunities.
- Generate new topic ideas and conduct research to determine their feasibility.
- Consider the development of new formats.

Requirements

- College/University degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Outlook, Excel & Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Greek and English).
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and manage projects end-to-end.
- Strong commercial awareness & creative problem-solving skills.
- Efficient time management.
- Enthusiasm to learn, grow, and innovate.
- Results and goal-oriented.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role (preferred).
