Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
As a Senior Manager, Global Supply Operations, you lead the team and the strategy that connect global planning, regional execution, and business priorities into reliable, scalable supply delivery. You build and develop a high-performing planning team, set the standard for how we operate, and influence decisions at the enterprise level. As the senior supply expert in the room, you partner with cross-functional leaders to drive alignment and own the transformation of our processes, systems, and planning capability as the business scales. You manage complex global supply networks and turn strategy into execution — raising the bar on what the function can deliver and growing the leaders who will carry it forward.
This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
Meet Your Future Team:
Global Supply Planning aligns global supply with business priorities, making sure products are available where and when they are needed. The team sets supply strategy, defines key priorities and KPIs, and partners cross-functionally with Merchandising, Finance, and operations teams to deliver integrated plans. We balance supply and demand through scenario planning and by optimizing production and inventory against evolving forecasts. Working closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners, we maintain efficient inventory levels and reliable execution. Global Supply Planning connects strategy to execution to drive consistency, efficiency, and growth across the global supply chain.
