About the Opportunity
We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join a growing commercial sales team.
This is a true hunter role focused on developing new business and creating strategic partnerships with leading national and global brands.
Success in this position requires someone who enjoys opening doors, building relationships from scratch, navigating complex sales cycles, and creating customized partnership solutions that deliver value for both the client and the organization.

What You'll Do
Identify, prospect and develop new partnership opportunities across assigned industry categories
Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects
Develop creative sponsorship and marketing partnership solutions aligned with client objectives
Lead discovery meetings and present customized partnership proposals
Negotiate and close new partnership agreements
Collaborate with internal marketing, events, digital and commercial teams to develop compelling partnership opportunities
Represent the organization at industry events, races, conferences and client meetings
Meet and exceed new business revenue goals
What We're Looking For
2–5 years of quota-carrying B2B consultative sales experience
Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and new business development
Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience managing multiple opportunities through a structured sales pipeline
Strong presentation and relationship-building skills

Microsoft Office
CRM experience (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, KORE or similar)

Location & Travel
Hybrid position based in Tampa, Florida
Candidates must be willing to work 3 days a week from the Tampa office.
Approximately 40–50% travel for client meetings, events and hosted experiences.
Compensation
Base Salary: $70,000
On-Target Earnings: Approximately $140,000
