Role Overview 

We are seeking a Finance & Business Consultant to join our growing Financial Advisory team. This role is designed for professionals with a strong financial, corporate finance, or audit background, capable of delivering high-quality, structured financial analysis and investment documentation in a demanding consulting environment. 

The role focuses on financial modeling, business planning, and investment analysis, supporting clients in funding and investment decisions under EU Funding mechanisms and State Aid frameworks. 

Requirements

• Develop and review advanced financial models (IRR, NPV) 

• Prepare business plans, feasibility studies, and financial projections for investment and funding purposes 

• Perform detailed profitability, cash flow, capital structure, and investment return analysis 

• Support clients in securing funding through Strategic Investments, Development Law, ESPA, and RRF programs 

• Analyze and interpret financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow Statement) 

• Support budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and financial control processes 

• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and financial decision‑support discussions 

• Build long‑term client relationships through ongoing financial advisory support 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field 

• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, consulting, or audit 
  (Auidit firm, or transaction advisory background strongly preferred) 

• In‑depth knowledge of Development Law and investment incentive frameworks will be preferred 

• Proven experience in business plan preparation and complex financial modelling 

• Strong background in financial reporting, performance analysis, and budgeting 

• Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial models, advanced formulas, scenario analysis) 

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced consulting environment 

• Strong analytical thinking, structured approach, and high attention to detail 

• Excellent communication and presentation skills 

• Fluency in English and Greek (written and spoken)
