Companies Manila Recruitment Semiconductor Technical Service Manager (Die attach & Manufacturing REQUIRED)

About the role

Manila Recruitment

Company Profile:

Our client is a business-to-business (B2B) solutions provider that supports manufacturers by supplying specialized materials essential for production. Rather than producing these materials themselves, the company acts as a trusted partner between global material manufacturers and industrial clients, helping source products such as adhesives, sealants, coatings, solder, and other specialty materials.

These solutions are used across a wide range of industries, including aerospace, electronics, transportation, energy, and general manufacturing, ensuring that clients have access to the right materials needed to build and maintain high-performance products.

What sets the company apart from a typical distributor is its strong technical expertise and consultative approach. Beyond simply delivering materials, the company works closely with engineers and production teams to recommend the most suitable solutions, address manufacturing challenges, and improve efficiency or cost-effectiveness. By combining reliable supply with expert guidance, they serve as both a strategic sourcing partner and a problem-solving resource for its customers.

This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative, customer focused and solutions driven company. It values accountability, continuous learning and adaptability in a fast paced and evolving company.
