About the Role
We’re looking for a Member of Technical Staff, QA to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our fast-evolving platform. You’ll play a critical role in testing and validating features across a live service environment where rapid iteration and continuous deployment are core to how we build.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, is highly product-minded, and is excited about delivering seamless, high-quality experiences to creators and users in real time.
Responsibilities
Own and execute end-to-end testing strategies across mobile and web platforms.
Work closely with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle.
Test rapidly evolving features in a live service environment with frequent deployments and iterations.
Prioritize testing efforts based on risk, impact, and product timelines in a fast-moving environment.
Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test documentation for new and existing features.
Identify, document, and track bugs, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution.
Contribute to improving QA processes, tools, and automation frameworks where applicable.
Perform regression, functional, and exploratory testing to ensure product stability and performance.
Advocate for the user experience by ensuring a high-quality, intuitive, and engaging product.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in QA or software testing, ideally in startup environments.
Experience supporting live service products with rapid release cycles and continuous deployment.
Proven ability to move quickly, prioritize effectively, and test under tight timelines.
Strong experience partnering closely with engineering and cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate issues and collaborate on solutions.
Experience testing mobile applications (iOS and/or Android).
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting.
Familiarity with real-time, live-streaming, or gaming products.
Passion for interactive experiences, live streaming, gaming, and empowering creators.

Compensation: $125k - $135k base salary + options
