Our client is a growing manufacturing company with over 15 years of successful experience in international markets. As the company continues to expand, they are looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Specialist to join their team and contribute to the development of B2B partnerships in Lithuania and abroad.

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating with people, and is eager to develop a successful career in sales within an international business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective B2B clients;
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the development of long-term partnerships;
  • Coordinate sales activities and ensure smooth communication throughout the sales process;
  • Collaborate closely with production and internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience;
  • Participate in meetings with clients and occasional business trips when required.

What We Are Looking For

  • Higher education degree;
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken;
  • Strong motivation to build a career in sales and business development;
  • Enthusiasm, curiosity, and a genuine willingness to learn;
  • Confidence in communicating with people and building new relationships;
  • A proactive, energetic, and positive approach to work;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Ability to take initiative, embrace challenges, and step outside of your comfort zone;
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team;
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, account management, or other client-facing roles would be considered an advantage.
