Our engineers work across multiple time zones, manage complex projects, and move fast. The person in this role keeps that machine running smoothly behind the scenes.

The role

You'll support three engineering leads with their day-to-day administrative needs, managing their agendas, setting reminders, tracking tasks in Jira, handling data entry, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. Because we work with hardware, devices, and vendors across different locations, your experience with inventory management and shipping coordination will get used here constantly, keeping track of what we have, what needs to be ordered, and making sure packages move where they need to go.

This role also includes personal and lifestyle support directly for our CEO during his time in Mexico City. That means organizing travel and itineraries, coordinating household services, running errands, handling reservations, and taking care of the logistical details that keep daily life running without friction. Knowing the city well, great restaurants, what's on culturally, where to go for what, is a genuine plus.

Think of it this way: the engineers are focused on building things that matter, and the CEO is running the company. Your job is to make sure everything around them is already handled.

Requirements

• You're fluent in both English and Spanish, written and spoken, and you move between them naturally depending on who you're talking to. You respond fast, communicate clearly, and operate with minimal supervision. You don't wait to be told what needs to happen; you already know, and you've already started.
• You're comfortable across the tools we use day to day, and when you hit one you haven't seen before, you figure it out without being asked: Google Suite, Jira, Click Up, Slack, AI tools, etc.
• Discretion is non-negotiable. You'll have visibility into business and personal matters that stay private, and we need to be able to trust that completely from day one.
