Job Title: Senior Social Worker - Adult Connecting Care Team - Wakefield

Pay Rate:  £35/hour

Liquid Personnel is hiring a Senior Social Worker for their Connecting Care Team in Wakefield. Candidates must have SWE registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a degree in Social Work, and have post-qualified experience.

Requirements for the role:  

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and application of key legislation, including the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and Human Rights Act 1998.
• Manage complex cases, including assessments, care planning, and risk management.
• Apply expert practice in high-risk situations, promoting enablement and self-determination.
• Work at a senior level, supporting and supervising colleagues or students.
• Foster strong professional relationships and multi-agency collaboration to achieve positive outcomes for individuals and carers
