We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented SAP Maintenance Expert to join our team in order  to maintain the company Maintenance Management System (SAP PM) up to date.

The candidate will provide first line assistance to all SAP PM Users.

Key responsibilities

• Administration and management of the SAP PM database
• Creation of new assets in SAP, including associated maintenance plans and task lists
• Support and training for users of the SAP PM module
• Stock optimisation and ordering of spare parts; processing of material master data and stock data
• Proposing solutions to improve the SAP PM system and facilitating access for users
• Working in collaboration with the SAP international development team
• Assisting users with the creation and reactivation of SAP accounts
• Monitoring deviations and ORA notifications
• Participating in various integration projects for the SAP Maintenance Plan, SAP
• Material Management and SAP Finance modules

Requirements

Experience & Education

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar SAP PM–focused maintenance role, or 8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Higher technical education (Bac +2 / BTS / DUT or equivalent) preferred.
  

Technical Skills

• Advanced knowledge of SAP PM (Plant Maintenance), including asset creation, maintenance plans, task lists, and material master data.
• Familiarity with FSR (Facility Status Reporting) tools and maintenance reporting.
• Solid understanding of oilfield equipment, maintenance principles, and technical documentation (e.g., electrical diagrams, technical standards).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong general IT skills.
• Ability to analyse technical data and propose improvements to maintenance systems and workflows.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to support and train users.
• Ability to work effectively within virtual or cross-functional teams (including remote SAP development teams).

• Fluent in English and French (written and verbal).
