About the Role

We’re hiring an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a strong background in property management sales to help convert inbound opportunities into long-term clients.

This is not a cold prospecting role.

You’ll focus on:

What You’ll Own

Inbound Lead Conversion & Sales Execution

  • Contact and convert inbound property management leads provided by the company
  • Conduct high-quality sales conversations to:
    • Understand client needs
    • Explain service offerings
    • Position tailored solutions
  • Build trust and credibility quickly with prospective property owners and investors
  • Move opportunities consistently through the sales pipeline toward signed agreements
  • Maximize conversion rates through strong communication and follow-through

Relationship Management & Follow-Up

  • Execute persistent and organized follow-up strategies
  • Maintain professional communication throughout the sales cycle
  • Re-engage warm leads and nurture long-term opportunities
  • Ensure no lead goes untouched or without follow-up
  • Deliver a responsive, relationship-driven client experience

CRM & Pipeline Management

  • Maintain detailed records of:
    • Calls

  • Update and manage CRM systems accurately

Requirements

  • Proven experience in:
    • Property management sales

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in:
    • Sales
    • Business development
    • Client acquisition
    • Account management
  • Strong CRM experience managing:

  • Confident speaking with U.S.-based clients over the phone
