Director of Physical Therapy

Full-Time Leadership Role

A Clear Brook, VA outpatient physical therapy office is looking for a Director of Physical Therapy to lead clinical care and support the daily needs of the clinic. The position offers a Monday-Friday schedule, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, with annual pay ranging from $90,000-$120,000.

This role is built for a Physical Therapist who understands patient care and wants to take an active role in how the clinic operates. You will treat patients, support staff, review documentation, and help maintain professional care standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage physical therapy services in an outpatient clinic setting
• Evaluate patients and develop care plans based on clinical findings
• Provide direct patient treatment and progress monitoring
• Guide clinical staff on treatment progression and care coordination
• Support accurate and timely documentation practices
• Help maintain compliance with licensing, payer, and clinic standards

Requirements

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy required
• Prior director, manager, or lead therapist experience preferred
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation and outpatient care standards
