Twin Lakes is seeking a creative, customer-focused, energetic, and results-driven Marketing Specialist to support marketing, communications, brand awareness, customer engagement, and community outreach across the organization. This position helps promote Twin Lakes products and services, including broadband, voice, mobile, security, and video services, while also supporting marketing needs for related subsidiaries, partnerships, and business initiatives. The Marketing Specialist will assist with customer growth strategies, product and pricing analysis, market research, campaign development, customer education, advertising, digital content, social media, events, and internal and external communications.

 

The successful candidate should be organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a timely and professional manner. This role requires strong writing, editing, communication, and analytical skills, along with the ability to work effectively across the organization and with external partners. The candidate should understand marketing principles and practices, be comfortable reviewing market data and campaign results, and be proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, social media platforms, and other marketing-related systems.

 

The Marketing Specialist job requirements include, but are not limited to:

·         Supporting the development, implementation, and evaluation of marketing strategies, campaigns, and customer education efforts that promote company products, services, customer growth, and organizational objectives.

·         Assisting with marketing efforts for Twin Lakes, related subsidiaries, partnerships, and other business initiatives while helping strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.

·         Analyzing product, pricing, market, customer, and strategy information to support marketing decisions, campaign planning, customer growth opportunities, and business objectives.

·         Creating, writing, editing, and proofreading high-quality marketing materials and internal and external communications.

·         Recommending content topics, coordinating with subject matter experts, internal teams, subsidiaries, partners, external vendors, content resources, and SEO support, and supporting the publication and distribution of content through appropriate media outlets and communication channels.

·         Managing and supporting social media, digital content, external communications, and public-facing activities that promote engagement and professionally represent Twin Lakes, its subsidiaries, and partnerships. Occasional extended hours, including some nights and weekends, may be required.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a directly related field is preferred. Candidates without a preferred degree must have at least five (5) years of related Marketing, Public Relations, or Sales experience. Marketing Specialists are required to complete a minimum of sixty (60) supervisor-approved marketing-related continuing education hours every three years.
