Account specific roles and responsibilities:

• Review and audit session notes submitted by ABA Therapists for accuracy and completeness
• Ensure documentation meets required standards and guidelines
• Identify discrepancies and provide feedback as needed
• Maintain organized records and track review progress
• Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and quality targets

Requirements

• At least 6 months BPO experience
• Experience handling Pre-Authorization is a PLUS, not required
• Good verbal and written English communication skills
• Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
• Amenable working night shift
